Tell Me 3 Good Things
A collective quest for evidence of goodness, Tell Me 3 Good Things is a community practice, and a shared approach to life.
“We do not see things as they are, we see them as we are.”
Anais Nin
What We Do
Notice
The things we notice don't have to be remarkable — they can be tiny, ordinary, even repetitive. Sunshine for one person, rain for another.
Name
When we say something out loud, write it down, or take a picture, we give that thing a life outside of our own awareness.
Share
Each time we share good things, we shine a light that helps others to see more of what’s good through their own eyes.
It’s so simple and so powerful. This practice doesn’t fix or deny loss or grief or struggle or despair. When we Notice, Name + Share good things, we make space for the challenges in our lives, while we also hold onto hope and possibility.
Why It Matters
When we notice, name, and share good things…
Perspective expands
Resilience grows
We reclaim and recalibrate our attention
We change the way we see the world.
Over time, the practice rewires the way we see our days - not as perfect, but as layered, complex, and alive.
