Each piece of art, aspect of nature, or item of beauty we take in changes us.

I paint flowers because they are the ultimate symbol of hope and possibility. A flower grows from a tiny seed buried deep beneath the surface of the earth in the dark damp soil. That small seed cracks open in darkness, and pushes through the dirt to find the light. If the flower can do that, we can too.

The painting will be shipped to you with backing board, wrapped in a cello sleeve, tucked inside of a rigid mailer.
